Job Description
We have an immediate opening for a tire & alignment technician. Whether you join our team as entry level or experienced, we will provide on the job training for your journey to become a safe, knowledgeable & effective worker. You will be responsible for installing new tires on clients’ vehicles, inspecting tires, and making tire repairs. Other job duties include but are not limited to: performing tire rotations, balancing wheels, installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS, prepping vehicles for alignments, and other related tasks. You need to follow all safety protocols at all times when working in the shop, and have an acute attention to detail. We pride ourselves in providing special service to our customers, so you must be eager to learn, and ready to refresh what you already know about tires and vehicle repair.
Once you become familiar with wheels and tires, the potential to move up into an alignment technician position, vehicle collision inspection & repair position, or management position is encouraged. Some of the vehicles we work on are modified with aftermarket suspension components, wheels, and tires, so general mechanical understanding will help immensely.
Pay Starting $18-25/hour based on experience
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Valid driver's license & High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking, sitting and standing.

- Mechanical knowledge and experience in automotive maintenance
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair tools
- Experience in tire service, including rotations, replacements, repairs, etc.
- Experience with racing & specialty vehicle alignments
